This was a post decorator clean so there was a lot to do. Absolutely fabulous job, with real attention to detail. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and the cleaners left my flat beautifully, indeed beatifically clean. Fantastic job done by the whole team on 02/10/25. We had a one off deep clean, plus carpet and sofa steam cleaning. The whole flat is sparkling. Perfectly punctual arrival and everyone worked very hard throughout the day, and were cheerful and friendly. Such attention to detail; the oven, grill, microwave and cooker hood are all spotless now. Great work on bathroom limescale.Top job as well on the staircase – we have light carpet by the front door and it looks good as new after being cleaned – before and after shots shown. Arrived on the dot. Scrubbed and scrubbed for three hours non-stop. Polite, professional and hard-working. Delighted with the deep clean. Fatima and Ilka were great. It’s a leap of faith choosing a cleaning company without a recommendation. I cross-checked Trust Pilot with Google reviews as some companies score well on one but not on the other. Premium Clean scored well on both. I noticed that some of the bigger providers with fancy software had poor recent reviews. It’s probably difficult to control quality with a high-volume business. So I chose Premium Clean based on their reviews, medium size and quick email replies. I also liked that they were very clear about what they do and don’t include in a deep clean, giving photos of what they consider a normal state of cleanliness that they will take on and what’s not. The next machine is about knee high called Prochem Galaxy. It is also easily portable with hoses up to 7.5 metres long. It is very good for cleaning 1 room, 1 sofa, 1 mattress and others. It can additionally add a heater for better quality.
The other now larger work machine is Prochem PowerMax. This machine is now more difficult to carry and especially to climb the steps, but it is not impossible! With this machine, more than one item can be washed with ease. The hoses now reach over 30 metres.
And lastly is the Ashbys Enforcer 400 . It is already very large and heavy, and cannot be carried up the stairs. She always stands by the front door. There is also an additional heater that preheats the water to 60 degrees. This machine can also be used for very large premises such as offices, hotels, cinemas and others.

Almost everyday we are in Balham, SW12, London. Carpet cleaning as a service is very important to go to a professional who is aware of the whole process. That’s why we first went to NCCA and Prochem training to be 100 percent sure that we know everything. We know and check every single fabric that we will wash using special methods. These methods are 2.
The first one is, we take a part of the material and light it with a lighter looking at the colour of the flame and then by touch we check if it is soft or hard.
Looking at how saturated the flame is from the attended courses, we can understand whether the matter is artificial or natural. And accordingly, after the burnt burning ends, if it is soft, it means that it is natural material, or if it is hard, it means that it is artificial.
The second is taking and using a piece of kitchen paper and testing the various preparations that we will use. Testing is always done in places that are difficult to see, such as under sofas or behind, to avoid damage in the event of one.
