There are 2 types of fabric curtains or blinds, synthetic and natural material. Depending on what the materials are we use the correct product with the correct pH level for saving the colour of the fabric.
The cleaning methods we use
We use hot water extraction or steam cleaning methods. It’s the most affectionate method of our experience. Some people call it dry cleaning, which it’s similar to lower moisture cleaning, which we also do.
Hot Water Extraction
Highly recommended for best result.
Steam Cleaning
Not suitable for every fabric, but with very good results and dipper clean recommended.
Dry Cleaning
Recommended for delicate fabric to avoid shrinking damage.
Lower Moisture Cleaning
This method it’s similar to hot water extraction, the only difference is we use less water for safety reasons.
How long does it take for the curtains to dry out?
The method we use, the drying time is quick, between 30 mins to 2 hours depending on the type of fabric, condition of the curtains and ventilation in the room.
Can you remove stains?
Yes, we can remove stains, this is what we mainly do. The curtains are delicate material and sometimes some of the stains damage the colour of the fabric and not all the stains are removable, but we always do our best using the latest machines and cleaning products.

Usually only Light curtains have the option to machine wash as some Thicker curtains can retain the Moisture, this can cause issues after the wash has been complete. Perfect for Heavy, Thick fabric Curtains. This also allows the curtains to fully Dry whilst hanging minimising any Creasing. When Steam cleaning your curtains always run the Steam cleaner Slowly over the fabric running from Top to the Bottom making sure you cover the whole thing. Another advantage is that steam doesn’t Soak the curtain so Drying times should be considerably Quicker. If you notice the curtain getting too Wet this means your too close and just move a bit further away with the steamer. Always read the Steamers instructions as the steam can be extremely Hot and if misused can cause Burning of your skin.
